Highway Hero Driving Academy (HHDA) is a super hero-themed driving school that uses kinesthetic learning to teach the principles of safe driving to its students. HHDA offers flexible scheduling as well as top-notch instruction. Our staff composes weekly blog posts with the purpose of informing the community about driving laws, best driving practices, and our services. Be sure to check our website regularly because we will be adding a plethora of new course offerings in the future!

We offer classes to help you get your Class D & E driver's license. We do NOT have Class A, B, and C (CMV/CDL) classes.
Dominique "Ms. Dom" Moreland, M.Ed.

Owner-Operator
Dominique is a Louisiana-licensed general education and special education teacher. Utilizing both her master's degree in education and her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded HHDA. She loves technology, music, art, travel, spending time with friends, and good food!

Tyeasha "Ms. Ty" Jones

Classroom Instructor
Tyeasha is a licensed Louisiana real estate agent and office coordinator at a pediatric & OB/GYN facility. She is the mother of four wonderful men and a grandmother of one, Javi. She enjoys attending music and comedy shows and baking in her spare time.

Charlett "Ms. Char" Washington

Classroom Instructor
Char Washington is an experienced Court Appointed Special Advocate, Junior Achievement Representative, Bank of Montgomery Teen Financial Literacy Representative, My Brother’s Keeper Community Partner, Women’s Ministry Caring Hearts Co-Leader, and a certified 6th-12th grade classroom teacher. As an educational leader, who is driven by emotional intelligence, her goals include creating a safe inclusion educational environment for all learners. When not in the classroom, she enjoys exploring other cultures and cuisines.
